Adding Additional Mailboxes in Outlook Web

If you need to monitor more than one SD61 mailbox you can add it to Outlook Web App (OWA) by following these steps:

 

1. Right click the name of the primary account (usually your username). From the menu select “Add shared folder…”
2. Type the name of the mailbox you wish to add and select it from the drop-down menu that appears.
3. Click add. Refresh your browser. The added mailbox will appear below your existing mailbox(es).
