When you call HelpDesk for assistance they may ask you for your computer’s name. Find it using this method:

1. Open a new File Explorer window by clicking on the icon that looks like a folder, located at the bottom of your screen:

2. In the window your computer’s name will be listed at the top, or along the side next to your username:
