Adding Your Email Signature

As our school district develops new branding to help external and internal audiences recognize our organizational identity, we are introducing a new email signature. This is our first step in creating consistency in our communications to identify as ‘One Learning Community’.

The intention of the email signature is to communicate a standard level of professionalism and build organizational awareness with those we are connecting with. Branded signatures help create a sense of trust and provide an opportunity for our organization to reflect on and promote our strategic vision.

This email signature also includes links to our district website and social media accounts, where updates about district initiatives and important events or developments in schools are communicated regularly.

We kindly ask that you adopt the new email signature to help us set a positive tone in our email communications and help convey a cohesive and consistent impression of our school district.
