SD61 staff should ensure that the option to use HD video with Zoom is disabled. HD video does not improve Zoom meetings significantly on district-managed PCs, and can cause slower connection speeds when multiple staff members are conducting Zoom meetings concurrently. If it’s possible to plug your computer into a wired internet connection this may also improve the quality of your call.
