The IT for Learning Department strongly recommends the Outlook Mobile App for all staff wanting to view work emails on their mobile device. However we are aware that some staff will want to continue using their iPhone’s built-in Email app.

Staff who continue using the built-in app may experience some challenges with Multi-factor Identification when trying to view email away from their work location. These troubleshooting steps may resolve the issue.
